Sara (Pletcher) Bluhm, an alumna of Milford High School and Immaculata University, recently became the Senior Property Manager at Neon Lease in February 2024. With a background that includes serving as the Economic Development & Community Engagement Administrator for Milford and Executive Director of the Delaware Diabetes Coalition, Bluhm is recognized for her leadership and commitment to community excellence. She has earned accolades such as the 2018 Milford Citizen of the Year and the 2019 Governor's Outstanding Volunteer Award. Bluhm lives in Magnolia with her family and Weimaraner, Barley, and is passionate about local shopping and craft breweries, making significant contributions to her community.
Alma Varela is a bilingual executive assistant with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. With over five years of experience in roles such as Assistant Property Manager and Customer Service, Alma is dedicated to utilizing her organizational and communication skills to support property managers effectively. In her free time, Alma enjoys spending quality time with her daughters, engaging in activities such as sports, cooking, and exploring new places together, demonstrating her well-rounded nature and dedication to personal growth. She is eager to continue expanding her skills and making meaningful contributions in her professional endeavors.
